  • One year free website maintenance, there is no any hidden charges for maintenance your website for one year. After that nominal fees is required for the maintenance of your website or it’s depend your site changes.
  • We offer free domain based email accounts to our clients for as a part of any hosting control. If site is not hosted by art desk studio, we don’t take any responsibility for setting up and troubleshooting email problems.
  • We offer long and short distance phone call support to our client. We don’t normally bill for technical support on the source of the problem and our time invested.

  • We also take rewrite orders. We rewrite articles or blogs and website content on the basis of details you provided.
  • Art desk studio provides a written estimate or quotation to the customer for the charges of design services. If the customer accept or dully signed the estimate or quotation, a non-refundable payment of 50% of the quoted fees will become immediately due.
  • Any claims must be made in writing to art desk studio within 7 days of receipt of services. If there is no claim within 7 days it means that clients accepted the services at the agreed price.
  • Art and crafts goods will be sent to the address given by you with your order and it state confirmed. Please note that occasionally goods ordered may be sent to you in installments.
  • The information given by you on your order form is complete and accurate with your warranty.
  • Art desk studio reserves the rights to add, delete or modify any provision of these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
